Eligibility

Access to CORDi is limited to individuals enrolled in an HREC-approved research programme and their authorised clinicians and coaches.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information when registering and completing assessments
• Keep your login credentials secure and notify OSVi of any unauthorised access
• Use the platform only for its intended clinical and research purposes

Limitation of Liability

CORDi is a data collection and reporting tool. It does not provide medical advice. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of your treating clinicians.
