Eligibility
Access to CORDi is limited to individuals enrolled in an HREC-approved research program and their authorised clinicians and coaches.

- Use the platform only for its intended clinical and research purposes

Limitation of Liability
CORDi is a data collection and reporting tool. It does not provide medical advice. Clinical decisions remain the responsibility of your treating clinicians.
